We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Data Manager interested in managing data and operations for multiple online marketplace stores.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, including creating, editing, and optimizing listings for Shopify and Etsy stores.Regularly update and manage product pricing and inventory data.Organize and maintain product data using Google Sheets; ensure accuracy and timely updates.Monitor and follow up on backorders to ensure seamless fulfillment.Draft and send review request emails to customers.Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure quality and compliance with platform guidelines.Communicate marketing messages via Instagram and interact with potential clients on social media.Collaborate and communicate regularly with the business owner via Microsoft Teams.Analyze data and generate reports on sales, customer reviews, and inventory.Coordinate with various teams to implement promotional campaigns and gather feedback.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce data, marketplace stores, or digital catalogues.Proficiency in Shopify and Etsy marketplace platforms.Advanced skills in Google Sheets (including formulas, data sorting, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).Familiarity with e-commerce marketing, including sending messages via Instagram and managing review requests.Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a collaborative, remote team environment.Comfortable with regular meetings and updates via Teams or similar platforms.Experience with customer service or handling client communications is a plus.Additional InformationThis position is fully remote and work from home.
