E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee our online sales strategies and improve our e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate should have a degree and a strong understanding of online retailing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Online Store Operations:** Handle daily activities such as product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- **Develop Marketing Strategies:** Create and implement marketing plans that drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform, focusing on email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.

- **Analyze Performance Metrics:** Use analytics tools to track website traffic, sales conversions, and customer behavior, helping to make data-driven decisions for improvement.

- **Coordinate with Teams:** Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals and enhance the customer experience.

- **Enhance User Experience:** Continuously evaluate and improve the website interface and functionality to make it user-friendly and encourage repeat visits.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools. A good grasp of digital marketing practices, including SEO and PPC campaigns, is essential.
