Good communication and listening skills. Willingness to work in a target-based environment. DRA certification is mandatory Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Visit customers and clients to collect overdue payments.Maintain records of daily visits, collections, and customer interactions.Follow up on payment commitments and escalate problematic accounts.Educate customers about payment terms and consequences of non-payment.Coordinate with internal departments like billing, legal, and customer service as needed.Submit daily and weekly collection reports to the supervisor.Ensure all collections are deposited and reconciled as per company policies.Handle customer queries and disputes professionally.Maintain customer confidentiality and company reputation.

Contact customers through calls (for Tele Collection Officers) or visit them in the field (for Field Collection Officers) to recover outstanding dues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.Follow compliance guidelines while handling customer conversations.Achieve assigned recovery targets within the specified time.Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolutions and escalations.
