We are looking for a motivated Distributor to join our team in Tigri, Delhi. This part-time role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in distribution, who enjoys working in an office environment and supporting our supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Orders: Process and fulfill orders from various clients efficiently, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.- Maintain Inventory: Monitor stock levels regularly and communicate with suppliers to restock products as necessary, ensuring smooth operations.- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory and order transactions for easy tracking and reporting, supporting overall operational efficiency.- Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before distribution, safeguarding customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage B2B relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners in assigned regions.Regularly travel (1015 days/month) to expand market reach and boost sales performance.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and on-ground execution.Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights.Ensure timely follow-ups, order collection, and customer satisfaction.Key Requirements:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile accessories and batteries.Willingness and ability to travel extensively (1015 days/month).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong time management and planning abilities.Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.Minimum education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Preferred Candidates:Prior experience in the mobile accessories or battery industry will be given higher priority.Candidates with a strong distributor network and on-field sales experience are preferred.
