Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners in assigned regions.
Regularly travel (1015 days/month) to expand market reach and boost sales performance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and on-ground execution.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order collection, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile accessories and batteries.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (1015 days/month).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and planning abilities.
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
Minimum education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Candidates:
Prior experience in the mobile accessories or battery industry will be given higher priority.
Candidates with a strong distributor network and on-field sales experience are preferred.
