Key Responsibilities :Evaluate client needs and recommend specific mechanical, electrical, or automated systems that solve their operational problems.Oversee the entire sales cycle-from lead generation and cold outreach to product demonstrations, proposal drafting, and final contract negotiations.Partner with internal R&D, product, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and properly integrated.Track industry trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.Qualifications & Education Degree:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Industry Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, OEM sales, or industrial automation.

1. Senior Electrical Engineer Concrete Line / Boom Pumps & Batching Plants2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design for industrial machinery, preferably concrete pumps or batching plants or similar heavy machinery sectors.3. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for concrete pumps, including electric boom pumps, as well as batching plants. Strong knowledge of electrical standards (IEC, NEC) and experience in motor control systems. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and propose process improvements. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
