We are hiring a Pre-Sales Solar Design & Proposal Engineer to support our Australian commercial & industrial (C&I) solar projects. This role involves technical proposal development, system design, cost estimation, and financial modeling to assist in quoting and pre-sales activities. Note: Experience with Australian solar standards (CEC, AS/NZS 4777) is a plus, but candidates with strong Indian C&I solar experience and a willingness to learn Australian regulations are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Proposal Development & Quoting Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender responses for commercial & industrial (C&I) solar projects.Solar System Layout & Design Create preliminary system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and performance simulations using Helioscope, PVsell, OpenSolar, or similar tools.Financial Viability & ROI Analysis Perform payback period calculations, Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) modeling, and financial feasibility studies for project assessment.Energy Data Analysis Interpret customer electricity bills, load profiles, and consumption patterns to determine optimal solar system sizing.Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), procurement cost estimates, and CAPEX/OPEX projections.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with sales, engineering, and finance teams to refine proposals and ensure alignment with customer requirements.Compliance with Australian Standards Ensure pre-sales designs align with Australian electrical regulations, CEC guidelines, and AS/NZS standards.Mandatory Experience: Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Pre-Sales & Proposal Development Strong background in quoting, bid preparation, and technical sales support for large-scale solar EPC projects. Financial & Project Feasibility Analysis Experience in LCOE modeling, payback period analysis, and investment return calculations. Cost Estimation & Procurement Planning Expertise in EPC costing, BOQ preparation, and material estimation. Solar PV Design & Simulation Proficiency with Helioscope, PVsell, PVsyst, OpenSolar, AutoCAD, or similar tools for preliminary design and energy yield estimation. Electrical & SLD Knowledge Ability to interpret and develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), system layouts, and grid connection schemes.Preferred/Desirable Experience: Australian Solar Standards & CEC Accreditation Understanding of AS/NZS 4777, CEC design accreditation, and Australian grid interconnection rules (preferred but not mandatory). Strong CAD & Design Skills Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for detailed pre-sales design visualization.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in solar pre-sales engineering, proposal development, and financial modeling for C&I solar projects.Why Join Us? Senior Proposal Specialist shall be responsible to prepare and manage most competitive Technical and Commercial Proposals in compliance with the Clients requirement / technical specifications and ensure bidding process moves forward through initiation to close of business deal.Senior Proposal Specialist shall ensure accurate estimates of the total cost of allocated projects are completed on time, and in accordance with required company procedure & standards.Senior Proposal Specialist shall aggressively follow-up with stakeholders / subcontractors / vendors to facilitate proposal bidding process by ensuring contributions from each member by proactive engaging them.Experience in similar field like waste water treatment

Qualification: BE/ B Tech(EE/ ECE)Job Description: Pre-Bid Engineering, Estimation of Telecom systems for Oil & Gas / Infrastructure / Utility and Energy sector projects. Formulate telecom engineering designs associated with project scope with respect to FDS, FEED, FAT, SAT, and timely resolution of technical and engineering issues in coordination with engineering Team. CCTV, Access Control, PAGA, LAN/WAN, SDH, Fiber Optic, Data Networks, PIDS, Voice, Data, Audio/Video Systems. Develop design scope and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with applicable Codes, standards and project requirements. Quantify commercial & technical risks. Handing over of proposal to project group on receipt of purchase order with all back-up document Experience with Oil & Gas / Industrial / Utility and Energy sector clients in India and GCC is must.
