1.Monitoring and achieving specific sales targets of our IVD products in the assigned territory every year.2.Lead and strategize distributors to enhance product knowledge and achieve total customer satisfaction3.Analyze market information for product positioning and strategy development.4.Managing and supporting existing distributors within the territory.5.Appointing new distributors, if the existing are not performing well, or notcovering the company's entire portfolio.6.Create long-term and short-term strategic plans, a budget to boost sales, and use marketing and negotiation strategies to increase consumer preference and volume.7.Maintain strong relationships with the territory's dealer network, work directly with them to drive revenue, and more as needed.8.Control a group of subordinates/ management & keep team motivated.9.Develop strong connections with customers, especially with significant customers.10.Sales forecast based indenting and near expiry monitoring.11.Co-ordinating for shipment with the commercial department.12.Product management support to customers and distributors.13.Distributor and customer database preparation and its update.14.Jointly working with ZSM, RSM & ASMs within the territory.15.Field reporting of self & regular monitoring of the appointed ZSM & ASMs and monitoring of Regional Manager.
