The primary responsibility of this role is to pick up items (documents, packages, food, or grocery) from specified locations (warehouses, stores) and deliver them to customers within a designated area safely and on time. You will be the face of our company, ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional, friendly service.Key ResponsibilitiesPick & Deliver: Receive orders via the company app, pick up items from the designated location, and deliver them directly to the customer's doorstep.Route Optimization: Utilize GPS or local knowledge to determine the fastest, most efficient route to avoid traffic and delays.Safe Handling: Handle all packages, food, or products with care to prevent damage during transit.Verification & Documentation: Verify customer details, obtain electronic or physical signatures, and update the delivery status on the app immediately after delivery.Cash/Payment Handling: Collect cash on delivery (COD) or confirm digital payments from customers when necessary.Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your vehicle (bike/scooter) clean, fueled, and in good working condition.Customer Service: Provide professional assistance, answer customer queries, and handle complaints politely.Requirements & QualificationsValid License: A valid two-wheeler (or four-wheeler, depending on role) driving license is mandatory.Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with valid Registration Certificate (RC) and insurance.Smartphone: A functional Android/iOS smartphone with an active internet connection.Local Knowledge: Sound knowledge of local roads, routes, and areas within Bhopal.Skills: Good communication skills in the local language.Experience: Prior experience as a delivery boy is preferred but not mandatory (freshers are welcome).Working ConditionsThis is a field job requiring significant time driving on the road.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood providedWork Location: In person
