Job description:

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and punctual Delivery Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to pick up items (documents, packages, food, or grocery) from specified locations (warehouses, stores) and deliver them to customers within a designated area safely and on time. You will be the face of our company, ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional, friendly Responsibilities

Pick & Deliver: Receive orders via the company app, pick up items from the designated location, and deliver them directly to the customer's doorstep.

Route Optimization: Utilize GPS or local knowledge to determine the fastest, most efficient route to avoid traffic and delays.

Safe Handling: Handle all packages, food, or products with care to prevent damage during transit.

Verification & Documentation: Verify customer details, obtain electronic or physical signatures, and update the delivery status on the app immediately after delivery.

Cash/Payment Handling: Collect cash on delivery (COD) or confirm digital payments from customers when necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your vehicle (bike/scooter) clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

Customer Service: Provide professional assistance, answer customer queries, and handle complaints politely.

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid License: A valid two-wheeler (or four-wheeler, depending on role) driving license is mandatory.

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with valid Registration Certificate (RC) and insurance.

Smartphone: A functional Android/iOS smartphone with an active internet connection.

Local Knowledge: Sound knowledge of local roads, routes, and areas within Bhopal.

Skills: Good communication skills in the local language.

Experience: Prior experience as a delivery boy is preferred but not mandatory (freshers are welcome).

Working Conditions

This is a field job requiring significant time driving on the road.
