Delivery Boy (Freshers) Bhopal

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Delivery Boy to join our team in Bhopal. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Pickup: Collect packages from the designated location in a timely manner to ensure that deliveries can be made on schedule.

- Delivery Coordination: Deliver items to customers’ addresses, following designated routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery time.

- Customer Interaction: Communicate politely and clearly with customers upon delivery, addressing any questions or issues they may have.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including collection of cash if required, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

- Product Care: Handle all items with care to avoid damage during transit, ensuring they arrive in good condition.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback post-delivery to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
