Strong accounting and auditing knowledge: Possesses a solid and relevant auditing standards. Extensive experience in finance quality control: With 8-10 years in the field, with proven track record of ensuring accuracy and efficiency in finance processes. Collaboration with auditors: Experience working with both internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements. Meticulous documentation: Adhere to audit quality standards and maintain detailed audit documentation. Strong stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with finance management and other stakeholders. Effective communication: Clearly document audit findings, including control weaknesses and process inefficiencies. Data analytics skills (preferred): Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is a plus. Auditing techniques (preferred): Experience with risk assessment, control testing, and audit sampling techniques is also beneficial. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and standards. Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-department collaboration. Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.

Job Purpose:The role will support the Chief of Quality in business planning and strategy development, management and control of the strategic project portfolio, provision of business support to markets and Governance. This person will also play a key role in key strategic project portfolio management that are aligned to the vision and strategic pillars of the business. This role requires a strong commercial, financial, and strategic mindset to ensure successful delivery, and involves working closely with Senior leaders in the organization assisting with their Strategy, operations, and day to day governance.Job Responsibilities:- Support Chief of Quality to manage and drive key strategic projects, which typically require cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Safety teams, Sales, Marketing, project management and Operations team) from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with organization and market priorities, and compliance with Syngene delivery requirements- Support Executive team in their day-to-day operations/leadership meetings- Contribute to the creation and review of market acceleration strategies and digital roadmaps with close collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Maintain project register, dashboards and ensure project status reporting is timely and accurate- Analyze portfolio performance and recommend changes to achieve goals as necessary- Understand P&L and cost drivers; formulating strategies to manage cost drivers for Development Services- Collaborate with Finance business partner to create business plans and consequently approval from Executive leadership team- Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support as necessaryPlanning / Operational- Elevate management review outputs data points and materials for easier decision making- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance and generate regular dashboards, provide support in preparation of presentation materials for business review, management events and conferences

Ensuring operational, day-to-day deliverables of HRIS (SAP/Oracle) to transact process globally and respond to multiple queries; Ensuring timely completion of work and consistent use of processes; Ensuring information, advice and expert knowledge is shared amongst team members; Ensure all request are timely action on Service Now/shared mailbox and provide update to the requestor within SLA; Day to day action tracker needs to be updated and shared with TL for all the transactions made in HRISYour Skills & Experience: Good knowledge of HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Taleo) systems Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
