As a Network Support Engineer in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth network operations. You will work full-time in the office and provide technical support to resolve network issues effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Network Monitoring:** Regularly check network performance and functionality to ensure that all systems are running optimally. Quick identification of faults or disruptions is key.- **Troubleshooting:** Investigate and resolve network-related problems, such as connection issues and hardware failures, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption for users.- **Installation and Configuration:** Assist in setting up new network equipment, such as routers and switches, and configure them according to the company's standards.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents to help in future troubleshooting and planning.- **User Support:** Provide technical assistance to users regarding network access issues and educate them about best practices for using the network effectively.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a degree in B.C.A, B.Sc, or B.E. A background in network technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, is essential. You should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact with users and team members effectively. Additionally, candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and equipment is a plus.

-Assemble electrical control panels and enclosures according to wiring diagrams and layout drawings.-Perform wiring of components including transformers, contractors, relays, breakers, and terminal blocks.-Inspect and test assembled units for accuracy, functionality, and safety compliance.-Label wires and components properly to ensure traceability.-Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols.
