Opening For Computer Hardware Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Computer Hardware Technician to join our team in Friends Colony. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of computer hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and fix hardware issues in computers and related devices, ensuring they run efficiently.

- Installation of Hardware: Set up and install new computer systems, peripherals, and hardware upgrades according to specifications.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware malfunctions through systematic testing and analysis to minimize downtime.

- Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries about hardware problems and solutions effectively.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and service requests to track equipment history and support future troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should have a solid understanding of computer hardware components, including memory, processors, and storage devices. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for quickly identifying and addressing technical issues. Good communication skills are vital to interact with customers and explain technical information clearly. A hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important traits.
