Analytical thinking and numerical aptitude. Good communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) Knowledge of RBI guidelines & basic credit risk concepts. Internship or part-time work in banking/finance. Familiarity with digital banking tools & apps.Pay Scale As per JMGS-I scale: 22,000 35,480 per month (plus allowances & benefits)
