As an Outbound TeleSale Executive, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via phone calls, promote credit card offers, and convert leads into sales.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer credit card products.Explain product features, benefits, and offers to prospects.Identify customer needs and match them with suitable credit card solutions.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.Follow up on leads and handle objections to close sales.Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during calls.Skills and Requirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).Prior tele-sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills are welcome.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.PF and ESI benefits.Friendly work environment.
