Responsibilities include:Preparing Salary Registers having validated Attendance / Leave / days worked during the particular period for a New Hire / hold cases due to Resignation etc. ;Ensuring Investment Declaration is submitted by respective employees under tax bracket and documents are uploaded with time limits; Managing payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner;Maintaining payout information and resolving any discrepancies;Timely Registers - Salary / Full and Final Payment / Gratuity / TDS / Returns of PF, ESI is forwarded to Accounts, and payments are made within the specified time.Preparing Cost Analysis reports as required Requirements:Knowledge of employment laws & statutory requirements;Good Interpersonal skills;Ability to communicate professionally;Proficient in Microsoft SuiteDetail-oriented, organized and meticulous.
