We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Chef who can expertly manage and cook diverse cuisines including Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental. The ideal candidate must be fully committed to the role, with a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to handle all kitchen operations efficiently.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes across Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ingredient quality control, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.Develop and innovate menus that attract and satisfy customers, including seasonal and special offerings.Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork, discipline, and dedication to quality.Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations while ensuring efficient workflow and timely service.Requirements:Proven experience in multi-cuisine cooking with specialization in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines.Strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to excellence.Ability to work full-time, showing total dedication and passion for the culinary arts.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.This is a full-time position for a passionate chef ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with complete dedication to the kitchen and culinary craft.

Cook helper

Selected candidate will be provided free accommodation and free meals within the hotel. Candidate must be well experienced in Indian foods, particularly North Indian. Knowledge of Tandoor and South Indian food will be additional qualification and will be suitably recognized. Candidate should be a team person and be able to work as a team member or a team leader.
