The successful candidate will be responsible for telecom equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support. The role requires frequent site visits and the ability to work independently in different field environments.Key Responsibilities* Install, configure, test, and commission telecom/network equipment at customer sites.* Perform site surveys, equipment installation, cabling, termination, and testing.* Troubleshoot telecom and networking issues.* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom equipment.* Ensure proper installation of antennas, cables, racks, power systems, and related equipment.* Monitor network/site performance and resolve field-level faults.* Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and the internal technical team.* Prepare site reports, installation reports and maintenance reports* Follow company safety procedures and telecom industry standards.* Travel to different project locations as required.

As a Software Support Engineer, your main responsibility will be to help customers and users with software-related issues. You will be the first point of contact for users who face challenges while using our software, and your goal is to resolve these issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot Software Issues: Identify and resolve software problems reported by customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience.- Provide Technical Support: Offer guidance and assistance to users via phone, email, or chat, addressing any inquiries they may have about the software.- Document Solutions: Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions provided to enhance the knowledge base and improve future support.- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to report severe issues and provide user feedback for ongoing improvements.- Train Users: Conduct training sessions or create user manuals to educate customers on how to use the software effectively.Required Skills and Expectations:- A bachelors degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A) or Science (B.Sc) is essential for this role.- Freshers are welcome, so you should be eager to learn and develop your skills in software support.- Strong communication skills are important, as you will be interacting with customers regularly.- A basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting procedures is preferred.- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure are vital for success in this position.

Job Role & Responsibilities:Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control, and automation systems.Troubleshooting and repairing CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, sensors, and related equipment.Conducting site surveys and assisting in wiring & cabling work.Providing technical support to clients during and after installation.Coordinating with the team for timely completion of projects.Requirements:Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any technical background (Freshers can apply).Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, or networking is an added advantage.Willingness to travel for on-site installations within Coimbatore & nearby areas.Should be hardworking, eager to learn, and a good team player.Job Location:Coimbatore (field and office-based work).Salary & Benefits:Freshers: 12,000 - 15,000 per month.Experienced: Negotiable (based on skills).Travel allowance + incentives provided.Training will be given for freshers.
