Opening For Telecom Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecom Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for telecom equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support. The role requires frequent site visits and the ability to work independently in different field environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, test, and commission telecom/network equipment at customer sites.

* Perform site surveys, equipment installation, cabling, termination, and testing.

* Troubleshoot telecom and networking issues.

* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom equipment.

* Ensure proper installation of antennas, cables, racks, power systems, and related equipment.

* Monitor network/site performance and resolve field-level faults.

* Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and the internal technical team.

* Prepare site reports, installation reports and maintenance reports

* Follow company safety procedures and telecom industry standards.

* Travel to different project locations as required.
