We are looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are traveling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations, and selling tickets. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.To be successful as ground staff, you should display outstanding interpersonal skills and achieve excellent customer service, which consistently meets the goals and vision of the airline company. Ultimately, outstanding ground staff should be able to multi-task and ensure that every passenger is comfortable, safe and well-informed of flight schedules, aircraft delays, weather concerns and other factors that may affect passengers.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven graphic designing experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing their expertise in illustrations and other graphics. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with our marketing and branding teams to produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to illustrations, graphics, animated/still banners, signage, motion creatives, and social media posts. * Utilize design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva to execute projects. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and timelines. * Ensure consistency in branding and design across all materials and platforms. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve creative output. * Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback and iterate on designs as needed. * Work methodically to prioritized tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality. * Apply creative thinking to develop engaging social media creatives that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.Requirements:* Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience in branding, advertising, agency, or in-house environments. * Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred. * Proficiency in design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva. * Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, with a focus on aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas.
