Job Description

we are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our creative team. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven graphic designing experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing their expertise in illustrations and other graphics. the graphic designer will collaborate closely with our marketing and branding teams to produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.

key responsibilities:

* develop and create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to illustrations, graphics, animated/still banners, signage, motion creatives, and social media posts.

* utilize design software and technologies such as adobe creative suite (specifically photoshop and illustrator) and canva to execute projects.

* collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and timelines.

* ensure consistency in branding and design across all materials and platforms.

* stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve creative output.

* communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback and iterate on designs as needed.

* work methodically to prioritized tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

* apply creative thinking to develop engaging social media creatives that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

requirements:

* minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience in branding, advertising, agency, or in-house environments.

* bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or related field preferred.

* proficiency in design software and technologies, including adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop) and canva.

* strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, with a focus on aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.

* excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas.
