Key Responsibilities:1. Operating CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines: Responsible for setting up and operating CNC VMC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings.2. Tool setting and maintenance: Ensure proper selection, setting, and maintenance of cutting tools to achieve desired machining results.3. Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.4. Machine maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and minimize downtime.5. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and documentation to track job progress and quality control.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience operating CNC VMC machines is required.2. Education: Minimum educational requirement is 10th pass, with a strong preference for additional technical training or certifications.3. Strong technical skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications, as well as the ability to use measuring tools accurately.4. Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in the machining process.5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues with machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain production flow.

Operate CNC machines, including turning and milling operations, Education is not important, just the desire to work is enough, minimum 12th qualification are also apply.Set up and program CNC machines using computer-aided manufacturing software.Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
