CNC VMC Operator Jobs For Freshers - Pune

- operating cnc and vmc machines: responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computer numerical control (cnc) and vertical machining center (vmc) machines to produce precision parts and instruments.

- reading blueprints and technical drawings: ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand the specifications of the parts to be produced.

- monitoring the machine operations: monitoring the cnc and vmc machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and making any necessary adjustments to ensure quality and precision.

- inspecting finished products: inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before sending them to the next stage of production or packaging.

- maintaining a clean and safe work environment: keeping the work area clean and organized, following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

required skills and expectations:

- knowledge of cnc machines: understanding of how cnc machines operate and experience in setting up, programming, and operating them.

- familiarity with vmc machines: experience in operating vertical machining center (vmc) machines and knowledge of programming them efficiently.

- technical education: minimum education requirement of 12th pass, 10th pass, or . certification to ensure understanding of technical drawings and specifications.

- attention to detail: ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure precision in the products being produced.

- physical stamina: ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
