CNC VMC Operator - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines: Responsible for setting up and operating CNC VMC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings.

2. Tool setting and maintenance: Ensure proper selection, setting, and maintenance of cutting tools to achieve desired machining results.

3. Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

4. Machine maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and minimize downtime.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and documentation to track job progress and quality control.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience operating CNC VMC machines is required.

2. Education: Minimum educational requirement is 10th pass, with a strong preference for additional technical training or certifications.

3. Strong technical skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications, as well as the ability to use measuring tools accurately.

4. Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in the machining process.

5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues with machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain production flow.
