Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (ITI Fitter/Turner/Machinist)Job Summary:We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator with an ITI background (Fitter, Turner, or Machinist) to operate and maintain CNC machines for precise manufacturing of metal components. The candidate must be able to read mechanical drawings, use measuring instruments, and ensure quality output.Key Responsibilities:* Operate CNC Lathe, Milling, or Turning machines as per production requirements.* Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions.* Set tools and workpieces accurately on the machine.* Perform basic programming or input G-code (if required).* Inspect components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.* Conduct regular machine checks and report faults to maintenance.* Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.* Follow shop floor discipline and production standards.Qualifications:Educational: ITI Fitter / Turner / Machinist (compulsory)Experience: 02 years in operating CNC machines (Freshers can also apply)Shift: Willingness to work in rotational or 12-hour shifts (if required)Key Skills:CNC Lathe & Milling Operation, Tool Setup, Blueprint Reading, Measurement Instruments, Quality Inspection, Safety Compliance
