You will work full-time in the office, programming CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.Key Responsibilities:1. CNC Programming: Create and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications. Ensure that all programs meet production standards for quality and accuracy.2. Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including loading tools, placing materials, and calibrating equipment. Ensure machines are ready for production runs to minimize downtime.3. Quality Control: Monitor the machining process to detect any issues. Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they conform to specifications.4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any programming or mechanical issues that arise during machining. Work collaboratively with maintenance staff to ensure optimal machine performance.5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including programming changes and quality assurance checks. Update documentation for process improvements and new projects.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a strong understanding of CNC machines and programming languages.
