Candidate should be able to set machine from 0.20 mm+ wire dia springs.3. To set machine as per Job order given.4. To do in process inspection and maintain records.5. To do preventive maintenance of the machines.6. Self-supervision of the raw material, machine operation, quality of the product.7. Spring manufacturing process awareness is must. Knowledge of selection of the tolling,guide.8. s up and operates machine to bend metal structural shapes, such as bars, rods, angles, pipes, and tubes, to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layout: Selects and bolts holding clamp, die block, and guide clamp to machine.2) Positions and clamps end stops on machine to set specified location of bend.3) Inserts or screws plug stops into guide wheel to set specified degree of bend.4) Positions workpiece against end stop.5) Locks holding clamp and guide clamp onto workpiece.6) Lubricates workpiece with oil.7) Starts turntable that draws workpiece through guide clamp around die block until stopped by plug stops or until dial indicator points to specified degree of bend.8) May slide mandrel into tubing instead of using guide clamp.9) May preheat workpiece, using hand torch or heating furnace.10) May use hand-powered bending machine for short runs.11) May fill tubes or pipe with sand, resin, or lead to prevent wrinkling or collapsing during bending operation.12) May heat tube, using torch, and manually bend tube or pipe around forming blocks.13) May flare tube ends, using tube flarer and cut or trim metal stock to length, using power shears or saws.14) May be designated according to type of stock bent as Pipe-Bending-Machine Operator; Rod-Bending-Machine Operator I; Tube-Bending-Machine Operator I.

Key Responsibilities:1. Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding machines.2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.3. Load and unload parts, tools, and materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks.4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.5. Meet production deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Requirements and Skills:1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.3. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), and software (e.g., CAD/CAM).4. Excellent mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in construction background and have experience in stone, marble granite cutting, metal and wood ornamental and decorative works.

Ability to operate CNC machine, should able to make 4 jaw chuck true manually, Basic programming knowledge, Provide machining, and product life-cycle support in a classified environment, Proven experience as CNC operator, As a CNC Operator, responsibilities will include managing the production operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. Monitor weekly shop loads, direct labor hours, downtime, efficiencies and ensure all measurement is within plan.Constantly review the tooling management and seek opportunities for improvement.He takes care for the control of all jobs related drawings/data from customer to be used in manufacture and servicing.Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures, and ensure proper machine setup for each production run.Quality Control: Monitor machining processes, perform in-process inspections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on the tools & machine, including cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.Ability to work overtime as needed.
