Walk-In Interview For Looking For CNC Operator

Operate CNC machines (lathe/VMC) as per production schedule and job order

Load raw material and set up machine before starting production

Select correct tools, fixtures, and parameters as per job requirements

Run machine cycles and monitor for correct output, speed, and finish

Check dimensions of machined parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)

Perform first-piece and in-process inspection to maintain quality

Identify and report machine faults, tool wear, or process deviations

Carry out minor troubleshooting to avoid production downtime

Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area

Record production output and maintain daily work log

Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required
