Roles and Responsibilities Candidate must be from Sheet Metal industry. Plan and organize production schedules. Assess project and resource requirements. Determine quality control standards are adhered to. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Manage multiple projects and complete delivery before or at deadline. Get day to day production work from design department. Discuss the design with design head for queries and solutions. Material planning for the discussed design well in advance to avoid production delay. Monitor production at each level and resolve the issues, if any. Ensure health and safety precautions are adhered to. Ensure final output meets quality standards in all production department. Plan daily production to meet project expectations. Enhance productivity of all production department. List out all raw material for current and future projects and update the same to concern department.
