1.The candidate should know the Parts of Plasma Torch and efficiently using process knowledge and methods.2.The candidate should be capable of read the fabrication drawings given in the shop floor and execute the programs,process accordingly3.The candidate should know consumable life and using methods efficiently and effectively4.He should know the amper setting as per thickness5.He should know the torch settings6. He should know the Cutting speed requirement for thickness of metal to further cutting accurately7. He should know the Gas flow setting8. He should know to write the production report and any improvements such as kaizen etc in the operations.
