The role involves operating VMC/HMC/CNC milling machines, loading and clamping parts on fixtures/vises, tool loading and offset correction, conducting basic in-process dimensional checks, and monitoring surface finish and tool condition. Candidates must follow SOPs and safety rules, maintain shift records, and escalate issues to supervisors.
