Fresher hiring for CNC Machine Operator

Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.

Set machine parameters and ensure proper machine operation during the shift.

Handle machines such as Laser Cutting, Shearing, Bending, and other fabrication/production machines as required.

Check dimensions, quality, and finishing of components during production.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.

Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance activities.

Identify machine abnormalities or breakdowns and immediately report them to the supervisor/maintenance team.

Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company production guidelines.

Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.

Maintain basic production records, job cards, and machine-related entries as required.

Coordinate with supervisors, production staff, and quality team for smooth production.

Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
