CNC Operator Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated CNC Operator with up to one year of experience to join our team in Jigani, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have completed . and be eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. This involves understanding the technical drawings and ensuring that the production meets the required quality standards.

- Quality Control: Monitor the production process and inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality output by making adjustments as necessary.

- Routine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on the CNC machines to ensure they are in good working condition. This includes cleaning and lubricating parts to prevent any operational issues.

- Collaboration: Work alongside other team members, including supervisors and engineers, to achieve production goals. Good communication skills are essential to report any issues or suggestions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions. A foundational understanding of CNC programming and machining processes is beneficial. Candidates should be comfortable working in a factory environment and must have a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
