The Client Support Executive is responsible for: Providing customer service and support in the mutual funds/Stocks Investments. This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients have a thorough understanding of the firms mutual fund products and Stocks services. WhatsApp Client Support handling On call discussion with clients for any update/query/informationProvide services-related facts/answers to clients after discussion with the Operations team or as guided by the team head Point of contact for clients for any query regarding investment status, reports, transactions status, upcoming investments, documents requirements, etc.Patiently reverting WhatsApp communications or on calls.

Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and program selection.Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas.Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like UK, Canada, NZ and AUSShare in detail about the course for abroad Education i.e. for Diploma, Bachelors, and Masters (all stream)Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.

Experience 2-3 years in Sales, BPO, Insurance or similar sectorSalary 15k 20k + OvertimeAge: Must be between 27 - 32 yearsCandidates required with good communication & convincing skills in English & knowledge of E-mail & MS-Excel.Responsibilities Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.Answer questions about products or the company.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.Enter and update customer information in the database.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
