Roles and Responsibilities Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual Counselling/Consultancy sessionswith students interested in admissions in Colleges/Universities in India orAbroad. Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest Assist students on deciding on the Universities/Colleges and programs to opt Assist in preparing and filing of their applications in various Colleges Guiding students on the Visa process and Visa applications for OverseasColleges Work on developing various Processes and Training material for the TeamParticipate in educational activities such as Exhibitions and Events aswhen required Any other role that may be assigned from time to time.Requirements:Skills, Abilities, and KnowledgeIf you are applying for the job, here are our requirements: Excellent Communication skills is required to be good on the job You must be able to recognize, define and quantify individual studentstrengths, needs, chances and interests and match it to the top universitieswhich will address these most competently and where he/she has themaximum chances of admission. Ability to explain various immigration programs, helping the clients to understand and choose the right immigration program.Counseling the clients over the phone and through emails.Update the client about immigration updates and check their eligibility.Interact with professionals/clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.Keep regular follow up with clients for the immigration process and give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration services & visa laws & policies.Identify and resolve client concerns by giving assistance in time.Should be able to convince the prospects and generate business for the company.
