The Role-Supervising the progress of all construction activities-Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations-Work closely with the business development and accounts team-Make sure that clients needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve-Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis-Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all concerned-Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance-Reviews quantities of materials received or used during specified periods, in order to minimize wastage and inefficiency.-Regular reporting What we are looking for-Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.-Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.-Customer-centric attitude-Ability to learn quickly and take direction-Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partner-
