We directly prepare Engineers for the various positions Quantity Surveying, Billing Engineer, Estimators, Project Manager and Contract Managers-Civil

Plan, execute, and supervise all stages of projects from design to delivery.Conduct site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility studies for new projects.Supervise contractors, labor teams, and technical staff to ensure project progress.Ensure adherence to safety protocols, timelines, budgets, and industry standards.Review and provide feedback on CAD drawings, structural layouts, and technical documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth execution.Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.Provide mentoring to junior staff and support in resolving site-related technical challenges.Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client review.Involved in contractor and subcontractor billing, RA bill verification, and material reconciliation.Monitor and execute finishing works including masonry, tiling, painting, waterproofing, plumbing, etc.Required Qualifications & Skills:Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.Additional Desirable Experience:Hands-on experience in quantity surveying, billing, and finishing works supervision.Familiarity with quality assurance, safety audits, snag lists, and contractor/vendor coordination.Capable of analyzing rate contracts, BBS, RA Bills, and cost-control reports.Valid state license/certification in civil engineering (as applicable).Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Engineer or similar capacity.Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Office, etc.Strong understanding of civil construction standards, BOQ, estimation, billing & costing.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, time-management, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for team and stakeholder coordination.Willingness to travel and relocate across India based on project requirements.Valid drivers license preferred.
