Certification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation From BHADANIS QS Institute or Nicmar or RICS shall be given preferenceKey Responsibilities:- Review Project Plans: Analyze drawings and specifications to gather information for estimating project costs. This helps identify materials and labor needed.- Prepare Cost Estimates: Calculate the quantity and price of materials, labor, and overhead costs involved in project execution. This ensures accurate budgeting.- Conduct Site Visits: Visit construction sites to understand the scope of work and gather first-hand information for accurate estimates. This provides clarity and precision in the estimation process.- Coordinate with Contractors: Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and validate costs.
