As a Civil Site Engineer based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects on-site. You will ensure that all activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will work closely with various teams, including architects, contractors, and clients.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Construction Activities:** Oversee daily construction operations to ensure they are conducted properly and safely. This involves managing workers, materials, and schedules to keep the project on track.- **Site Inspections:** Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers and contractors, to coordinate work and resolve any issues that arise on-site.- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of any changes or delays for review by project management.- **Quality Assurance:** Implement quality control measures to ensure that all construction work meets required standards, specifications, and client expectations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Strong technical skills in civil engineering principles and construction methods are essential. You should be proficient in using construction management software and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills are crucial for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to meeting project deadlines are also expected.

Responsible for day-to-day execution of the entrusted works as per the approved plans.Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per the contract specifications.Periodically report the progress of works, issues needing decisions from clients / project team to the section in charge.Optimum utilization of resources for achieving the targeted production.Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.Co-ordinate with sub-contractor, PRW for achieving production targets.Maintain the quality of works & ensure safety procedures are followed. Ensure compliance of quality, safety and environment.Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at site. Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
