We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience. This role involves working primarily from the office in Ahilyanagar, India, focusing on civil construction and infrastructure management.Key responsibilities include:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery within timelines.- Design Review: Review architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.- Technical Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD for design purposes and MS Project or Primavera for project management.- Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ) to manage project finances.Required skills and expectations include:- A valid graduate degree in civil engineering.- Proven experience in civil construction and infrastructure management.- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Candidates must be male as per the job requirements.This full-time position requires commitment to on-site work, with regular working hours from the office in Ahilyanagar.
