We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry. The role requires hands-on experience in handling day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, and working closely with project managers and other stakeholders. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience will be offered a salary in the range of 20,000 to 25,000, while those with 4 to 6 years of experience will be eligible for a salary between 30,000 to 40,000, based on performance and skill assessment. Qualifications and SkillsMust have a fundamental understanding of civil engineering principles as this will be essential in project execution.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required as it is vital for drafting and designing construction plans.Familiarity with Revit and STAAD-Pro to assist in creating detailed 3D models and structural analysis is highly desirable.Basic skills in Civil 3D software to aid in the design and drafting of civil projects, which is an integral part of the work.Knowledge of project management to help in overseeing project activities and ensuring timely completion.Understanding of quantity surveying techniques to assist in accurately estimating materials and costs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and ensure project efficiency and compliance with industry standards.Excellent communication skills required for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in planning and designing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.Engage in surveying activities and develop detailed project analysis reports to support decision-making processes.Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create and modify project blueprints and plans.Collaborate with the project management team to maintain project schedules and manage resources effectively.Support the implementation of health and safety regulations to ensure a secure construction environment.Contribute to discussions and meetings, providing technical inputs and suggestions whenever necessary.Document project progress and prepare reports for review by senior management and clients.Participate in site visits to gain insights into project implementation and construction practices.
