A Civil Engineer with MEP experience within the Retail Segment. Age Less than 35 Years, Experience of Greater than 5 Years.Should Preferebly have experience in setting up retail showrooms within the F and B Sector.

1. Care should be taken to include all quantities of BOQ in the construction programme.2. Establish work break down structure and major mile stone activities3. Establish sequence of activities with the guidance of execution team and durations for each activity shall be prepared based on availability of resources 4. Assign resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipment) and Budgeted Cost for each activity 5. Separate schedule should be prepared for long delivery items for giving more priority6. Manpower histogram has to be prepared based on the programme and labour productivity and obtain approval from Project Manager7. The Construction programmed has to be rechecked with execution team before releasing
