Travel to customer locations (homes, offices etc.)On site measurement of premises using tools and preparing AutoCAD Floor PlanPerform non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a property using the latest toolsRecord the observation of the defect (text + checklist + photographs) of the property using a mobile applicationMake sure the observations are correct, in detail and easy to understandExplain the observations to his/her superiors and/or customers if required.Recommend functional and other improvements to the inspection process and toolsRecommend functional and other improvements to the inspection checklist.Use the prescribed tools while performing an inspection correctly and safelyUse the recommended safety guidelines during the inspectionMake sure that the inspection life cycle is completed.Freshers are most welcome
