You will coordinate various tasks on-site and ensure that projects run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination: Work with the project manager and various teams to ensure that the interior design projects are executed as planned, within deadlines, and meet quality standards.2. Site Monitoring: Regularly visit the project site to supervise ongoing work, ensuring that everything is progressing according to the design specifications and project schedule.3. Team Management: Lead and direct the work of contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring everyone understands their tasks and responsibilities.4. Quality Control: Check the quality of work being done to ensure that it meets the required standards. Address any issues that may arise promptly.5. Reporting: Keep detailed records of the work progress, including daily reports, which should be shared with management for effective communication.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a diploma in interior design or a related field. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for interior design and strong organizational skills are essential. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly will help you succeed in this role.

Roles & Responsibility:Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.Collaborate with the team to work on new designs.Research about the latest trends and accordingly source products and materials.Prepare presentations for clients and produce samples at the time of presentations.Select the right materials, furniture decor, and finishing.Define the time spent on the project.Follow the best industry practices.Provide feedback to the design team and make useful suggestionsEducation Qualification:BE/ME - Civil Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineering.Skills Required :Familiar with Interior Designing Software that is Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD & 3DS MAXSalary Range - 15k - 20k per MonthKindly Note: Freshers are wanted & immediate joiner's are preferred Candidates must have sound knowledge in AutoCAD and 3DS Max otherwise they are ready to attend software training before joining
