Designation: Sr. Executive - QA/QC Purely Lab Chemist with minimum 4 - 5 years of experienceQualification: M.Sc. Chemistry/ B.E. Chemical /Diploma in Chemical Engineering Location: Panvel 5+ years experience in QA/QC department in industrial chemicals manufacturing company. Operates, maintains, and tests laboratory equipment; identifies problems when equipment fails and conducts or recommends repairs. Perform in-process and finished product inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Managing activities such as product inspection, internal as well as external audits, regulatory agency inspections etc. Hands-on with quality management system like ISO 9001:2015, ZED etc. Responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining all QA related documents as per QMS in coordination with QC Manager. Maintain and update quality documentation, including specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals. Responsible of handling customer complaints and initiate Product Recall, if required. Take part in audit and surveillances. Maintain records of productions, inspections, quality training and safety.
