acancy : Process Engineer (01)Experience : 2 yearsQualification : Diploma Holder or B Tech Chemical EngineeringSalary : As per Industry Standards; No BarResponsibilities / Duties:Working on Basic, FEED or detailed engineering design complied with project requirementsPreparing process equipment and instrument related documents for project requirement within a given time framePreparation & checking of process equipment & instrument data sheetDevelop sizing calculations for Process equipment s (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheet.Providing design inputs to CAD team.Review design documents / drawings prepared by the design teamPrepare and review process specifications, drawings (PFD, PID s etc.) and process deliverables mainly as listed below:Process Design basisProcess flow diagramsHeat and mass heat balancePI diagramsMaterial selection diagramsLine listEquipment listProcess data sheets for equipment sInstrument data sheetControl philosophyCause effect sheetsSkills Required:B. Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering with around 2 years experience in Process Design and EngineeringSound technical understanding of chemical engineering principles/Units operationsExperience in design of chemical process & equipment (such as sizing of safety valves, agitators, pumps & pipelines, reactor vessels and tanks, heat exchangers).Should be able to perform design calculations without the need of design/simulation software.Should be able to work on Process Engineering and work out Project CAPEX and OPEXGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenIndustry Preference: Distillery, Ethanol, Power, Chemical Plants. Must have worked with some design engineering consultants.
