We are seeking a dedicated Chartered Accountant to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for a variety of accounting and financial management tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial information for decision-making.- Tax Compliance: Manage and oversee various tax filings, including income tax and GST, to ensure compliance with local regulations and minimize tax liabilities effectively.- Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of audit documents, collaborating with auditors to provide necessary information and ensuring that all records are well-organized and available for review.- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyzing financial performance to identify areas for cost-saving and resource optimization.- Accounting Software Management: Utilize accounting software to input financial data, monitor transactions, and generate reports, ensuring that systems are updated and maintained accurately.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for meeting deadlines. Good communication skills are expected to coordinate with team members and clients effectively. The role is full-time and requires the candidate to work from the office. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
