Lead Business Process Automation through ERP and other tools Lead Automation of Accounting Reports including MIS and Costing Manage Audits - Internal, Statutory, Tax and Cost Ensure timely Monthly and Annual Closing activities working with Cross Functional teams including global teams

Assist in litigation strategy development and coordination with advocates and counsels. Draft and review reply to Show Cause Notices, Audit Observations, Summons etc. Prepare appeals, petitions, and submissions to be put forth before the forums. Conduct in-depth legal research on GST law, advance rulings, and judicial precedents. Draft legal opinions and advisory notes on queries asked by clients. Review client documentation, GST returns, and reconciliations to identify potential litigation risks. Stay updated on latest amendments and judicial developments in indirect taxation.

Responsibilities:1. Execute trades on behalf of clients based on their investment goals and risk tolerance2. Monitor financial markets and provide clients with timely updates and insights3.
