- Responsible for all day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital and ensuring that quality patient careis provided ,and excellent client service is attained.-Responsible for maintaining a positive client experience with daily mentoring and training of staff members.- Ensure that all safety and hospital logs are maintained and kept up to date (Radiology logs, Surgery logs,Safety program)- Establish work schedule and assignments for staffs according to workload, space and equipment availability.- Maintain awareness of latest medicines, computerized diagnostics and treatment equipment, data processingtechnology, government regulations, health insurance changes and financing options.- Conducting awareness programs on healthy lifestyle for both inpatient and outpatient attendants.- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs.- Evaluate patient care and initiate procedural changes for increased effectiveness.- Regularly evaluate employee performance to provide feedback to higher authority as needed.- Motivate, train and develop a working team of employees and front office staff.- Assist and support Radiology coordinators by performing various clerical functions as directed such asconfirming appointments, responding to telephone calls from patients or physicians, organize work flow, andpaperwork as well as facilitate timely and accurate billing.

Report regularly to the Regional Business Manager on business plan execution, revenue/financial results and operational issues. Manage operations: staffing, customer service, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety. Build business through his sales executives run community camps, health awareness programmers, enrollment drives; attract leading consultants to practice at the Cradle, etc. Requires initiative - to solve daily operational issues, HR, sales, etc. Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations, etc. Provide excellent customer service, manage all external & internal relations and promote a sales and service culture through personal example, coaching and staff motivation Should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in this field. Has to handle a Unit which will generate a business of 20 cr Ability to deliver customer satisfaction. Can manage about 20 employees - medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts & sales executives. Entrusted with 3000 sq. ft. of prime retail space and over Rs.1 crore of investment. Can attract and manage doctors who practice at the clinic. Able to pinpoint areas for improvement. Good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills. At least three years experience as a Branch Manager/Centre Manager in a reputed health care organization/ profit center (responsible for P&L). Man management skills essential
